Straight forward and prompt I needed new wheels fast. Just found out my old car was beyond repair. I visited a few dealers. Sent a few inquiries online. It was the weekend. I was originally inclined to purchase a used vehicle with low mileage. On Saturday I must have walked into at least four dealerships and could barely gain a salesman's attention. They seemed to be very busy with other more important customers. It occurred to me maybe I should consider leasing. On Sunday, which apparently is a slow day for car sales, I reached out to a few local dealerships with questions. Of all those Bill Ripka was the most prompt to reply. We scheduled an appointment and by 11 am Monday I was standing in the Clinton Honda showroom with Mr. Ripka and Sales Consultant Charles Bippart. I have had bad leasing experiences in the past and for that reason was set to purchase. I was also worried my credit score, though good, was not great. And for that reason, would be an excuse to remove the best deal from the table. But such was not the case. Charlie Bippart walked me through step by step, and I mean down to the last detail. My apprehension and concern was addressed without salesman talk, but straight-forward answers. I sincerely believed my visit to Clinton Honda would be more of a research project and that I would not be eligible for the best lease rates. Well, that was not the case at all. I eventually drove out in a new 2015 Honda Accord, a really beautiful vehicle, having put down a relatively small amount with a reasonable monthly payment. Essentially, they gave me the deal advertised, and that was for customers with top-notch credit! Everyone I dealt with was on their game, including the finance people. Charlie was the right car rep for me- no sugar coating, no sales pitches, just the facts and most important he was willing to spend as much time with me as needed. He even assisted in helping me return the car rental. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Clinton Honda. More
