We were referred to Bill Butler who did great job with vehicle selection and price negotiation, and then set up of car and run through when we picked it up. The car did not have all the features listed in the brochure and as discussed with Bill - we are awaiting resolution! Had a poor experience with Judy Meier in business office, forms were incorrectly completed. When declined additional coverage she kept repeatedly insisting we choose what we saw of value and would not accept a no for at least 10-15 minutes, we repeated saying NO, NO, NO! My wife and I felt totally dismissed and not valued. In addition we got NO recognition of the fact that this was the 3rd Honda we had purchased there, no additional service, no extras offered since we had been going there for service of these vehicles, etc. it was a pure sale and get us out the door! It would seem that the dealer does not value repeat customers, especially those who have been utilizing them for ALL car maintenance work for the past 11 years! ( Ps. car Service department is outstanding.) More

Bill was really friendly and direct. I didn't feel any pressure from him. I appreciated the "no haggle" approach. I was disconnected twice, left on hold for several minutes and when leaving a voice mail, not sure it was left in the right mail box, because it was not identified as my sales person. He called back, so maybe it was just mis-identified. Last thing, and may be trivial. But the vehicle only had a half a tank of gas when I went to drive it off the lot. Don't remember ever picking up a new car without it being topped off by the dealership. More
