Just three days ago, I picked up my 6th car from Clinton Honda in 10 years, and J Joe Vizzi is the BEST salesperson that I have had at Clinton Honda. Just three days ago, I picked up my 6th car from Clinton Honda in 10 years, and Joe was by far the most professional, personable and most attentive person salesperson that I have ever delt with. He knows what he is doing, no games, no back and forth, he listened to what my needs were and delivered! He was extremely effective in "getting my attention." I really had no intention of getting a new car at the time. Joe first sent me a letter in the mail letting me know that I was eligible for an upgrade, which I immediately threw out, I thought to myself, I had no time to get a new car! He then emailed me, telling me, that I was eligible again, this time I actually thought about it, but again, dismissed it.... I thought, I have no time for this! But, after receiving a text from Joe, I said, obviously I need to be thinking about this. Two days later I called Joe and made an appointment to meet with him to talk about what my options were and two days after that, I was driving away with my new car.... Yes, he made it that easy! When I came to Clinton, I met Charlie and told him this was Honda's last chance and explained what happened at the other dealerships. He assured me that Clinton Honda was different and he was right. Car maintenance I took my Acura in for an oil change and tire rotation as I had a complimentary oil change as I purchased this car there. I was told from the associa I took my Acura in for an oil change and tire rotation as I had a complimentary oil change as I purchased this car there. I was told from the associate at check in that it would take an hour. After waiting one hour and 45 minutes, I asked the same associate what the status of my car was. She asked who I was (as she forgot) and told me that she would get back to me. I added that I don't understand why it is taking so long for an oil change and tire rotation. She never got back to me. I was going to wait until they told me that the car was ready. Finally, after 2 hours, a male associate told me that the car was ready. I was happy when he said that they wouldn't charge me for the tire rotation as it took so long. More
