Dan Wolf responded to my email with a phone very quickly. We talked, faxed and emailed information for the next 2 days. Dan gave this his full attention even knowing the chance of completing this long distance sale was small. On my end, if anything made me uncomfortable it would have been a deal breaker and I would have saved the hassle of the long trip. When I arrived the car was exactly what I expected. The entire staff at Clinton Honda was very helpful and friendly. The paper work did take time because of the multi-state deal with a state they had not done business before. It was all well handled. Most of the time we hear about exceeding expectations and if things go as planned that really is not necessary. It is when something goes wrong that exceeding expectations comes into play. There was the small omission of a temporary plate. Dan Wolf drove after me for about an hour to get the plate to me. A quick stop and it was on. I was not delayed or inconvenienced in any way. I highly recommend this dealership and Dan Wolf. More

My wife politely feigns interest (in the CVT,eg) and then comes up with her choice of colors, fabrics, etc. Except for elective brain surgery, we do pretty well gathering the facts and making our own decisions. After deciding on an Accord, I visited several Honda dealers. I quickly learned there is no shortage of pushy, intelligence-insulting salespersons, not to mention plain, old fashioned trickery. It's Sleaze City out there, folks - seriously, I considered going back to the reclining chair with a competing manufacturer's fact sheets. Thankfully, my wife gently steered me back to Gil Yanishevsky at Clinton Honda. The car was actually for her, her colors were chosen and after all, Gil was the person who USPS-mailed me the specs in the first place. Gil gave us an accurate date for manufacture and delivery of the trim line and colors she wanted, and a fair price and favorable financing. All took place as promised, and she is enjoying her Accord very much. Gil Yanishevsky is a straight shooter, no glitz, no red tape type of person, and we are glad we purchased our car through him at Clinton Honda. Without hesitation, we will recommend his services to family and friends. More

We wandered around in the parking lot for a while uninterrupted, which was nice. After we came in, Bob asked us if we had any questions or needed any help. Bob was professional, thorough, and a generally nice person...the kind you want to so business with. After our purchase, even though the showroom was "closed", he stayed with us, explaining the controls and features while we were inside before heading home. Thanks, Bob! More

We agreed on a price, were informed of the assessories for the car and their prices. We were informed of extra options, but not pressured to purchase them. I needed a used car rather unexpectedly, so did some quick research and decided on a Honda Fit. Clinton Honda seemed to be the only dealership anywhere near my home that had one in stock, so I essential quick research and decided on a Honda Fit. Clinton Honda seemed to be the only dealership anywhere near my home that had one in stock, so I essentially bought the car online, as I needed it fast. The dealership was extremely responsive to my queries with what I assume was at first an automated response, but which was soon followed up with one from an actual person. All told, the entire process took less than a week--I made my first inquiry on a Sunday evening and picked the car up the following Saturday. Completely painless. The dealership itself, is large, clean, and friendly, but not so friendly as to be corny and unbusinesslike; they are running a business there, and they do it well. Things seem well-organized. I was not browbeaten into purchasing add-on packages or things of that nature. My dealer, Sean McManus, was extremely low-key and friendly, but clearly expert. I felt I was in good hands. I have essentially purchased a "starter Honda," and of course it is in the dealership's best interest to keep me as a client, perhaps graduating to something a bit more luxurious as time goes on. I look forward to seeing how it goes. For now, I feel very comfortable with this dealership. More

I did some research and found that Clinton Honda has an excellent reputation. I visited their used car facility to see if I could find a two year old car that I liked. I was walking around in a light rain looking at the cars that were for sale when Sean McManus came out to see if he could help me. I thought that it must be a dedicated person who would walk out in the rain to help a customer. In the process of buying my Honda, I found Sean to be friendly, relaxed, helpfull and patient. Many years ago there was a dealership in the Philadelphia area that advertised using the phrase "No pressure, no hype." If Sean had pressured me, I would have moved on. At 77, my decision making is a slow process. I think that Sean understood that and helped me when I needed it without the pressure I usually associate with car buying. Clinton Honda has done well in counting him as one of their employees. The way the numbers worked out, a new car was my obvious choice. I purchased a new CRV that meets my needs much better than an older car. Because of the friendly and relaxed atmosphere created by Sean, Charley Steadman and the people at both the used facility and the new car building, I expect to have a long and happy relationship with Clinton Honda.
