Our sales rep was Edgar. We went to the dealer thinking that we were going to purchase a Civic, but Edgar showed us the Accords and the CR-V's and we ended up going with the Accord. He showed us all of our options of car selections, models and year, and did so in a non-pressured way. He was very friendly and spent a lot of time with us. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. When we counter offered on the price, he honored it and we were sold. When we picked up the car, he had all of the paperwork organized, so we didn't spend too much time signing. Afterward, he took us out to our car and spent quite a bit of time going over all of the features of the car. He even set up the bluetooth for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. More

We went to Clinton Honda to look at a new car, planning to take our time as I was undecided about the color. My husband and I were shopping for a Honda CR-V. We had visited a number of dealerships or spoken with an internet sales person by phone. Our initial contact was with Bill Ripka who we found to be forthright in answering our questions. He followed up in a timely manner with e-mails and we spoke to him again. We had seen a pre-owned CR-V on your website and discussed it with him. He was able to negotiate a price and returned our call with the amount. In addition he contacted the pre-owned location to introduce us prior to our visit. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Scott Dysart. He was very low key, which we appreciated. We looked at the vehicle that we had discussed with Bill. We decided to expand our review of other vehicles on the lot. Scott was quite helpful in this by providing keys for the vehicles and a basic run down of each one. We found one we liked and took it for a test drive. We have two Honda Accords each with a V-6 engine. Scott described the differences between that engine and the CR-V. His forthrightness in describing the pluses and minuses reinforced our initial impression of Scott. Back at the dealership Scott remained low key as we discussed each of the questions we had. His openness and manner as well as his professionalism and knowledge in this discussion was what convinced us to consider purchasing our CR-V. We agreed on a price, signed the necessary paperwork and left as satisfied customers after arranging our delivery date. All went exceeding well. That however is not the end of this story. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the owners manuals and booklets were in the glove box with the exception of the radio and navigation codes. Scott said he would resolve this and as we had to return to pick up our plates and registration he would resolve it by then. Sure enough, Scott phoned and advised us he had a solution and it could be resolved when we returned for the plates. We feel that Scott went above and beyond in his assistance in resolving this. Finally, should we, or any of our friends, be in the market for a vehicle we would heartily recommend Scott Dysart. More
