The salesman, Joe Vizzi, was very helpful in guiding us to our decision. He did not push us, he listened to our concerns and needs, and let us make the decision. I would recommend both him and the dealership, and am looking forward to a continuing relationship.We had intended to go to another dealer after Clinton, but because of Joe, we decided to buy on the spot. We were amazed that we were able to drive home with our new Odyssey the same day!! Ajay Sharma, who talked to us about extended warranty, was also very helpful and understanding, and not pushy like I experienced at other dealers. Your service manager, although we did not speak to him, took care of all of our concerns on the spot. The showroom was very clean, the receptionists were very nice, the selection was good. As I was leaving, I was looking to say goodbye to Joe, and one of the managers, who was in a meeting with two others, asked if I needed help. That shows the dealership believes in customer service. Overall it was a very good experience, and my wife love the safety features on the new 2014 Odyssey, just as Joe said we would. PS: In a former life I used to give seminars on customer service, so it is very important to me that Clinton Honda met all my "tests". More

During my negotiations for a lease on a new Honda CR-V, I worked with several Honda dealerships in the area. At the end of my negotiations the price was right too and we struck a deal. Signing the new lease and returning my 2011 CR-V went flawless thanks to Bob Westervelt. Of all the car dealerships I have dealt with over the last few month (recently, I also had to purchase a car for my daughter, at a competitor) Clinton Honda is the one that stands out above the rest. I've purchased new vehicles from Clinton Honda in the past and knew I wanted to give them my business for a used vehicle for my son. I went to the Clinton Honda used car dealership (on rt. 31) twice wi past and knew I wanted to give them my business for a used vehicle for my son. I went to the Clinton Honda used car dealership (on rt. 31) twice within a week. The first time there, I wasn't comfortable with the sales person. Fortunately, my 2nd visit was much better. I ended up buying a car that same day... Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard about the tags and registration yet, so I gave my salesperson (Scott Dysart) a call. He said he just received the email that they were in. So the next day I went to get them. The next day the tags and registration weren't at the dealership. Scott saw my frustration with driving 25-30 miles to complete the transaction. (We also had a "We Owe" slip for a second key.) No words were said, other than being annoyed at taking that ride, so we went on our way to the Clinton Honda parts dept (on rt 22) to get the 2nd key. When we got there, Scott was there looking for our tags and registration. (Scored BIG points on this!) Our tags and registration were there in the person's office who emailed him (I heard she was off that day which explains why our tags never made it to the used car dealership on rt 31). Scott walked us to the parts dept to get our key cut and programed while he put the tags on our car. Long story short, Scott went above and beyond to make us happy. As the financial end of closing the deal, Patrick, the business manager, made is a smooth an easy finish. I never felt that I had to do any "haggling". In fact, he didn't realize that we had a "We Owe" slip, and never questioned it when we reminded him. I will continue to keep coming back to Clinton Honda for a LONG time. More
