The people at Clinton Honda were very professional. I worked with Joe over the phone and with Rachel in person. Rachel was terrific! I came in at closing time. She stayed and sold me the car. I was in and out in two trips (can't complete a loan at 9:30 at night!) and less than 2.5 hours. I've got three teens and when they are ready to get cars if their own, we will be going back to this dealership. More

Joe took time to go over every aspect of the vehicle, answer questions and address any concerns we had. He was not pushy on extras and actually made the process enjoyable....a rare & welcome car buying experience these days. He had the foresight to have everything emailed to him in advance so deal was ready to go when we arrived (only held up by the computer glitch which was in no way his or any of the staff's fault)....vehicle was ready to go, washed & dressed. Another thing...everyone here acts & dresses professionally - men in dress shirts, pants & ties and women in tasteful business attire. Many if not most dealerships today seem to have gone "beach bum" with their staff.....blue jeans, company logo short sleeved shirts, etc.....maybe not a big deal for some but just another little detail that elevates Clinton Honda above the rest.
