He made us feel right at home and was very helpful. He had us sitting in the car while he went over all of the features. He even set up my wife's phone syncing it up with the blue tooth feature and had her set up voice commands for her most frequently dialed numbers. We got the deal we wanted and left the dealership extremely pleased with the whole experience. We were very happy to have met Joe and the biggest complement I could give is that we will definitely go back when we are ready to lease again and hope that Joe will still be there to help us out. The car I wanted was in hot demand and Roman made sure he held it for me until I got my financing in order even though the car could have been sold many times over. Just three days ago, I picked up my 6th car from Clinton Honda in 10 years, and Joe was by far the most professional, personable and most attentive person salesperson that I have ever delt with. He knows what he is doing, no games, no back and forth, he listened to what my needs were and delivered! He was extremely effective in "getting my attention." I really had no intention of getting a new car at the time. Joe first sent me a letter in the mail letting me know that I was eligible for an upgrade, which I immediately threw out, I thought to myself, I had no time to get a new car! He then emailed me, telling me, that I was eligible again, this time I actually thought about it, but again, dismissed it.... I thought, I have no time for this! But, after receiving a text from Joe, I said, obviously I need to be thinking about this. Two days later I called Joe and made an appointment to meet with him to talk about what my options were and two days after that, I was driving away with my new car.... Yes, he made it that easy!
