I'd window shopped at other dealerships and had been swarmed the second I walked through the door then heavily pressured to buy something that day, but at Clinton Honda this was NOT the case. Charlie Bippart quickly gained my trust. He treated me like a friend and not just another customer, taking the time to bring different models around for me to compare side by side or test drive. He worked with me to find a finance plan that worked for me and gave me space to think it over. Once I decided to buy he explained the process every step of the way (I usually have anxiety, but with Charlie I did not feel overwhelmed at all). I'd recommend this dealership to friends and family and I'll be going there again when I need another car! More

Lastly, I would like to mention that Charlie is extremely knowledgeable about the Honda products. I was deciding between the EX and Sport model Accord (I went with the EX and love it!). I had questions about each and Charlie was able to explain the features of each right down to horsepower and torque ratings. This is refreshing in an era where sales staff often do not know their product and really lack the knowledge to help you make an informed decision. More

Our only disappointment was the 'hard sell' at closing with regards to extras. Although we had made it pretty clear that we were not interested in adding anything in terms of extras (extended or service warranties, tire insurance, windshield magic, dent removers, bug removers, etc.) ....our finance contact (John) seemed to have difficulty with our repeated "no's". I believe we heard at least 3 or 4 times, "I wouldn't buy a car in NJ without tire protection". It was a bit overkill....and honestly it was the only negative on an otherwise pleasant experience for us. We returned to Clinton Honda because of our past experiences there, including the fantastic service staff! More
