My fault. However, now my car has developed a warranty issue and I find out they don't have loaner cars but will help me get a rental car for $40/day. Not a good practice at all. Even if I were to sit and wait for a repair to be done, they do not offer public wi-fi so there is no way I could wait and be productive at the same time. Again, not a good practice at all, especially if one is stuck waiting for multiple hours. More

I came back a few days later after I got my paperwork together and we sat down and did a stress free deal with friendly and professional negotiations. No hard sells or bait and switch. We went with our 4, young children and were clear that we needed the process to be quick. Charlie (the salesman) and Alex (manager) were nothing but patient, understanding, professional, and QUICK with what we needed. There was no back and forth. It was pretty much bottom line to bottom line and we walked out with our new car soon after. My husband and I have purchased many cars in the past and have never had such a wonderful experience. Fantastic & Relaxed My lease on my 2013 Honda Accord was coming to it's end. So my wife & two daughters went to Clinton to figure out what options we had. We were paired with Steve Williams who was very kind and relaxed which made us feel very calm. We explained exactly what our price range was and if he could give us options. We waited maybe ten minutes and he presented us with three very reasonable options for another lease program. He then took us to the parking lot so we could look at a handful of Accord LX models to choose from. Once we decided we went back inside and filled out our paper work. We picked the car up the next night and it was all ready for us to take our family home. We then had to finalize our paper work and sat with Judy Meier who was extremely pleasant and explained other options with great detail. She was like a Ninja when my 16 month old decided to throw a pen across the desk. No one was injured during the signing of papers that night LOL. Overall Clinton Honda was the most stress free and relaxed dealership I've ever been to and highly recommend them to anyone who decides on a Honda. Sincerely the Seery family. More
