He was fair and worked with me to get the best price. However, if I had to give any bad remarks, I would say the financing portion was with John was brutal. Even after I said NO I was still pressured so hard into buying additional warranties that it made me uncomfortable. Even when I got mad and said NO again, I was told stories about his wife and how they had issues. I understand he had to push to make his commission, but NO MEANS NO. When i finally got the papers signed it was a complete relief that I was back in Joe's hands again to go over the car. He went over everything in the car with me and even sent me a picture of us with the new vehicle. More
