We understand you need to make a profit. But, buyers don't want to feel taken. Truly wish such "bargaining" did not have to take place. If I owned a dealership ... I would be sure my sales employees offered the price listed on the many Internet services .... no hassling. Our salesman was Scott Dysart. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. A plus for your company. Judy Meier was also very pleasant. Frankly, I feel you do yourself a disservice trying to sell extra services. Customers know there is a huge markup on these and shy away from. Then again, I did not buy a Honda because I thought it was going to fall apart. More

The transaction took awhile for Clinton Honda to source the specific color combo I wanted, they did so without complaint. Working with Charlie and Bill was a pleasure, both knowledgable, easy going demeanors, very good memories and customer service focused. Also interacted with Alex and have nothing but good things to say about him. All in all a smooth transaction, never any pressure and I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price, which is all I could ask for. More
