Mr. Steven Williams greeted my Son and I and from there we went on to Lease an MRV. A car that neither one of us was aware of I have to say. Its smaller for sure than a CRV, but now that I've got it home and have been driving it here there and everywhere, I simply luv it !!!!!! Mr. Williams was very kind in explaining everything to us. There was no pressure and we both felt relaxed and comfortable asking the questions that we felt we needed to ask. Our decision was made. The paper work that ensued was handled efficiently and politely by a super chap - so sorry, not good with names - but it was all accomplished quickly and efficiently. I have now been driving my new car for a few hours and simply luv it, as do all of my Family members. Its just perfect for me and all handled beautifully by Mr. Williams. He is someone that as a company you should be very proud to have working for you!! Mannerly, not pushy and very informative. I will see you again for my free oil change, but also in three years when the new, current Lease needs to be renewed once again. Many thanks to a super visit and very best wishes to Mr. Williams.
