He asked what we thought was a fair value for our trade in, and he was able to honor that value. He corresponded quickly over email, and two days later, we had a seamless visit at the dealer to pick up the vehicle. He took his time to explain everything and make sure we were happy. For the new car, I was deciding between the Subaru Outback and Honda CR-V be I was in the market for a new car for myself and a used car for my son. For the new car, I was deciding between the Subaru Outback and Honda CR-V because they are both all wheel drive and have similar feature packages (I was particularly interested in the safety features since I drive long distances often). Gil was very knowledgeable about the CR-V and able to answer all of my questions, and able to meet my price goal. He also helped us find a suitable used Civic for my son.
