Outstanding customer service and the fairest pricing! I was in the market for a Civic Type R and after calling around to every dealership in the Tri-state area i came across Clinton Honda. I spoke to Charlie Bippart and he said they had one coming into the dealership. He specifically told me they were not out to put a crazy mark up on the car and that they would be putting a few tasteful options on the car. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty of the dealership. I knew I needed to deal with Clinton Honda! I was told there was a waiting list so I was put on it and to my surprise I was picked to own the car! To say I was happy was a gross understatement!. The following interactions with the people at the dealership was absolutely amazing. Whatta guy! She brought over Tom Winnichy who "heard" our requests he worked up some numbers, Rachel gave us vehicle options, we test drove two vehicles,one pre-owned and one new pilot. We ended up with the pre-owned! Rachel was great, not pushy, honest, never lost her patients, she even stayed passed closing and helped me hook up my hands free phone and plugged in our favorite radio stations!! Funny thing we NEVER expected to walk away with a vehicle that day!! I hope Rachel is still there when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. I've wanted an Accord V6 for some time, but since our practice is to run our Hondas into the ground before we replace them, and my current 2004 was ru I've wanted an Accord V6 for some time, but since our practice is to run our Hondas into the ground before we replace them, and my current 2004 was running fine with over 215K miles, I didn't know when that opportunity would arise. When my son's 2001 Honda died, it looked like that time had arrived! The car drives great, and I love it! This is the second time in about a year that we have used Joe Vizzi to help us in the buying process. (the first time was to replace our 2002 Odyssey with a Pilot) We never felt pressured during any of our sales experiences, and Joe is always courteous and professional. More
