So I thought why these people have internet sale department. At the dealership these people waste 2-3 hours in all Drama of pricing. At the end manager talks to you only to humiliate you on price. I hate going to dealership for car buying. When Joe called me,Total Deal was in 10-15 Min. He took all my information and finalized price on phone, even the lease return. He gave the best and fair price on phone itself, in one time no bargaining at all.I gave credit card for my first month payment on phone itself. Went to dealership after two days and all papers were ready, car was ready. total may be 30-45 Min in everything. Financing Lady was also very quick.Excellent dealership and excellent people. Will recommend Joe to my friends for sure. More

He put me at ease immediately and we had a conversation about the vehicle. Bill was patient, answered all my questions and even gave some suggestions. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle on the spot. That was important to me because of previous experiences. My wife and I came back Tuesday, took the car for a test drive and signed to purchase the car. We closed the purchase on Friday. One of the best car buying experiences I bought new 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L through Cost Auto program. The Costco Auto buying program is good. You can buy the car you like without the hassl I bought new 2018 Honda Odyssey EX-L through Cost Auto program. The Costco Auto buying program is good. You can buy the car you like without the hassle. But what makes it really good is the authorized dealer that you will be working with. I enrolled on Costco Auto website for 2018 Honda Odyssey in the night and next day at around 9, I got a call from Joe. He explained me the process and gave me the Costco member price (after Costco discount) of EX-L model over the phone itself. I did some research on KBB and Edmunds website and found that I am getting the below fair price. That's the reason I decided to visit the showroom and finally purchased the car. I had enrolled for Costco Auto program before for Subaru Outback. I asked for the Costco member price when the Subaru authorized dealer contacted me . But she did not give me the price over the phone. She wanted me to visit the showroom and wanted to see my Costco Membership card before reveling the discounted price. But in case of Joe, he gave me the price over the phone itself and that gave me some time to research. Joe also offered good value for my trade-in. When I was ready to drive the new car home, Joe explained me all the advanced feature of new 2018 Odyssey in detail. I also want to mention about Ajay from Finance department. He was great. He explained me about all the complicated documents that I signed to get auto loan and also gave his recommendation about additional options (Warranty, GAP etc).
