When Joe called me to tell me they were getting one in and they would sell it at the MSRP price, I instantly took up on that offer. Throughout the process Joe kept me informed of the vehicle, along with all of the necessary things to bring when it was time to pick it up. When the day finally arrived to pick up the car, the service was excellent. To get the opportunity to buy such a fantastic machine, I couldn't have been happier. The entire process once at the dealer was a very relaxing process, and both Joe and Judy allowed me ample time to rerun some numbers to make sure everything was within my means of buying. They also ended up helping me stay within my targeted budget range. This car was one I have sought after and l cannot thank Joe, Judy and everyone else at Clinton Honda enough for making my dream come true. Fast, Friendly, and Great Service! 5 Stars! I was looking for a 4 cylinder manual Tacoma for while, did my research, and found their ad online, and saw they had a unicorn! A low mileage, clean ( I was looking for a 4 cylinder manual Tacoma for while, did my research, and found their ad online, and saw they had a unicorn! A low mileage, clean (spotless) carfax, 4 cylinder Tacoma access cab priced below market average, but, I waited, hoping for something closer, perhaps in my 1st choice of color. Well, then they went and lowered the price! Too good to pass up! So I submitted an inquiry, and Bill Ripka called me very quickly to follow up, and answered all my questions about the vehicle, (I had a few) so I took the ride out! I saw the Tacoma, which had a welcome sign with my name, and was waiting right on the front line as I pulled in, nice touch! I was greeted by Mr, Ripka, who then introduced me to Bill Butler, who would be handling the matters at hand. Mr. Butler was great, we took the test drive, and he waited patiently whilst I did my inspection, walk around, tire kick, etc. We went over the numbers, had my trade in appraised, and made the deal! Not once was I pressured, hounded or badgered. I knew the price was a great deal, I had a reasonable expectation for my trade and the financing costs, and we made it work. Made the deal on Saturday, took delivery on Tuesday. Ajay in finance was fast, efficient, and friendly, and I was out of the "box" quickly. I am very proud to recommend Clinton Honda to anyone looking for a Honda, or a used car. I am a huge Honda fan, but in this case, I wanted a 4 cylinder stick shift pickup which Honda does not offer, but, when we buy our next Honda vehicle, I will DEFINITELY look at Clinton Honda first, even though they are 40 miles from home.
