If you get a lemon, you will be screwed We purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback from this dealer (after already having had 3 other Honda's in the family over the years) so we were loyal cu We purchased a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback from this dealer (after already having had 3 other Honda's in the family over the years) so we were loyal customers. Unfortunately, this one is a lemon and all of the safety features ( especially Honda Sensing but also the passenger airbag) fail about 30% of the time the car is driven, causing large, bright warning lights to flash at the driver and sometimes warning alarms to sound until you finish your journey. It is impossible to reset them while driving and they don't always reset after turning off the car. It is very distracting and dangerous to drive with this going on and all of the systems, including cruise control, stop working. We brought our car into Clinton Honda service for this problem numerous times in the last 6 months (some service reps are friendly and some make it seem like it is a bother to help you) and their answer was consistently "We don't know what is wrong so we can't fix it." And, after the inconvenience of dropping off the car for the day, we would get it back and they would tell us they did nothing to try to fix it! We brought Honda corporate into the picture and they said "Your car is working as it is supposed to" even though we showed them proof of the numerous system failures as timestamped photos and videos on our phones because they don't know how to fix it and didn't want to spend money to replace anything since they didn't know which parts were failing. It is outrageous that they do not stand behind or even try to repair safety systems on their cars! They should not be selling the safety systems if they do not know how to repair them when they fail! I do not recommend doing business with Honda if you don't want to be stuck with a lemon. We have hired a lawyer and hopefully Honda will not be able to brush him off they way as they were trying to brush us off. More
