He was extremely friendly and accommodating. He as all Clinton Honda personnel have a “low pressure” presentation which I greatly appreciate. Our salesman spent a great deal of time with us at delivery to assure we understood all the systems. The service personnel are very pleasant and helpful. Recently, I thought I had to replace the muffler on the 05 CRV but the technical advisor suggested that the finishing parts that had rusted simply be removed rather than replacing the entire muffler ($480) expense not required.
