He obviously wanted to sell a car but was not overly pushy, and I told him I would call him in a couple of days. Went back two days later (a Friday night) and purchased the pre-owned. Joe was very polite and helpful showing me the car's features even though I ended up staying well past the dealership's normal closing time. Went back after the weekend and finalized the paperwork and pick up the car. I was about 45 minutes later than my initial appointment time but still received prompt service. Judy was very helpful and patient in explaining my financing arrangement. Joe explained some of the car's main features once more, including setting up my phone. Overall, I had a positive customer service experience. There is actually a Honda dealer closer to my house than Clinton but I have had a couple of lousy experiences there, which is why I ended up driving a bit further to Clinton. More

I jacked up my car only to notice that the undercarriage was falling and two clips/screws were missing- it appeared that the other dealership forgot the screws when they fixed my car from the pothole damage. Clinton Honda was extremely helpful and very accommodating; they got me in and out and were such a pleasure to deal with. I've purchased two Honda's personally from Clinton Honda and will continue to give them business/recommend their services when able. Thank you for a great experience! More
