ALMOST PERFECT...... ALMOST Rhyshene is an awesome car salesman. We really liked him a lot! He was honest and personable. He was clear about the fact that he just started at Clinton Honda so he was still getting his feet wet. We really appreciated the fact that he was down to earth and real. Rhyshene did a fantastic job - in fact he did such a good job we decided to make an offer on the preowned dealer certified 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. The car is beautiful and we love it. It is perfect, absolutely a great purchase, to a point......... So, we made an offer. This is where this deal almost fell apart. And this is why I might not ever be back to purchase another vehicle. My offer was not taken seriously. In fact even before Rhyshene "talk to his manager" he was already refuting my offer telling it is way too low. The bottom line is that regardless of whether it was Rhyshene or his "manager" whom I did not meet nor did he introduce himself - they would not negotiate. They took a whopping $148.00 off the price. I was not only insulted, I was pissed off. I bought the car anyway, my wife was really not interested in leaving this deal on the table. We will think twice again before we go all the way to Annandale to deal with a dealer who will not negotiate price. The jury is out on who made the decision. I never laid eyes on the "manager" he spoke of. Every time he went to speak to this said "manager" Rhyshene would disappear behind a wall and come back with not so good news. If it weren't for my wife, I would have walked away. More

We paid a fair price for the CRV and never felt that we were being treated unfairly or being deceived in anyway.
