We had purchased my CRV at Clinton Honda in 2015 and the experience had been excellent so we wanted to give them our business again. We worked with Bill Butler who allowed us to make our best offer first which definitely put us at ease. He was clearly willing to work with us and did everything he could to make this a comfortable experience. After we offered a reasonable number he went to discuss it with his managers and the price was accepted. We also recieved an excellent price for our trade in. It was another situation that required no negotiation...the dealership simply gave us what we asked for. Bill Butler was honest and trustworthy the whole time and didn’t put us through any back and forth or try to play any sales tricks.
