Our primary communication was the telephone, but right away, I felt welcomed and at ease. Bill helped me budget, down to the penny, the exact amount for the vehicle, before I even left home. It was an all-in amount, no guessing no estimations, nothing hidden. At the dealership, Charlie Bippart walked me through any questions I may have had about the car, he greeted me with a friendly smile and helped me through any details I needed to take care of - all the way down to programming my car to my specifications - a totally customized experience. I finally then met with Judy Meier who worked one on one with me. Never any pressure, not tricky "sales" types moves. A fabulous team member, and another patient and caring team member.
