We were lucky enough to meet with Scott Dysert who patiently and politely walked us through the process. We appreciated all of his explanations and felt very comfortable asking him questions. We trusted him...it was almost like working with one of our sons. We decided to buy the car and returned Tuesday afternoon. Scott and Judy Meier handled all the overwhelming details for us old folks...again patiently, kindly, and with good humor. They took care of the insurance, the finance, the warranty, the paperwork, etc. until at last we got to sit in the car with Scott and get the tutorial about just how this car works! I drove it home a bit nervously but safely and drove it again today. I love it! I plan to read a bit of the owner's manual each day so I get more comfortable with all the new technology.
