My very first civic back in high school and yesterday just turned in a 2015 CRV lease for a new 2018 CRV lease. Everyone at this dealership is so helpful and makes the experience completely pleasant and lovely. Chris stanzione in sales made a typically dull experience more than entertaining. He helped us get things done quickly but without any come-ons or games — and he kept us laughing the whole time . Alex was always kind and welcoming and helped us finalize a great deal for the lease. And when it came time for the paperwork end of things Ajay was completely professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I live in Westfield - just a few minutes away from two other Honda dealerships - but drive the 45 minutes to Clinton Honda every time I need anything due to the stellar level of service here. noise I brought in my 2018 CRV because of a noise in the front left section of the car. The person I talked to was very professional , knowledgeable and polite. The car was fixed, apparently the strut was lose. I was informed the The technician tighten same. There was no charge and the consultant directed me to my car .. I was very satisfied. I miss going to my old mechanic because if I had let on to him about a problem like this he would of had me stop by for a quick look insuring it was safe. I had to pull the tire off and look for myself to insure nothing was obviously busted so I could use it with some comfort. My experience with a car under warranty is to stay with the dealer as they are more knowledgeable of the the vehicle .Michelle is the kind of person any business would be lucky to have on staff. More
