From Honda, I had expected something more: - this was my 2nd recall for my car which was purchased year and half ago. I appreciate that Honda fixed both the issues, but as a customer I had to take extra time and come there twice, for that reason Honda could have at least cleaned the car intereor and extereor or given some coupon so that customer can get the car cleaned. Again Michelle did worderful job, my complain is for Honda itself. More

As before, Bill was helpful, knowledgable, and pressure-free. Judy helped us through the closing process and had no problem when we decided on using an unaffiliated financing option. We found a problem with our certified used vehicle, took it back, and the dealership quickly resolved the problem. I'm not sure the problem fit under the warranty, but the dealership did not charge us for the labor. My wife and I are very satisfied with this dealership. More
