So pleased with the service rep. , Troy Roberts! Came to the dealer to replace fob because I thought it was broken. After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I wen , Troy Roberts! After discussing with me several things about the fob, he and I went to the parts department and had the battery replaced and it’s good as new! Saved me $400 for a new fob. Also Patti in the parts dept. was extremely helpful educating me about using the fob. The were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and appeared happy to help me. Both went above and beyond! More

He paced my ability to comprehend all this new information with sensitivity and respect. Even the first phone call connected me to Diana Say who is their internet sales person. She patiently answered all my first questions and followed up with appointment options. The culture of Clinton Honda is why they are rated so highly. We went to Clinton Honda after having an unpleasant experience at another Honda dealership. We had a positive impression as soon as we walked into Clinton Honda. Our intention was not to purchase a car experience at another Honda dealership. We had a positive impression as soon as we walked into Clinton Honda. Our intention was not to purchase a car. Our intention was only to test drive a CRV Hybrid. Feliks Samiter was assigned to work with us. He was thorough in answering our questions, knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove, and was a pleasure to work with. As a result of our experience with Feliks, we wound up purchasing a vehicle that day! We also worked with Chris Callahan on the financing options and this experience was also a positive one. The reviews of the Service Department also led us to Clinton. We highly recommend Clinton Honda. More

I spoke with multiple dealers in the region on the phone, and all of the salesmen were cagey on the deal that I could expect to get. In contrast, when I talked with Joe Vizzi at Clinton Honda, he was straigh and all of the salesmen were cagey on the deal that I could expect to get. In contrast, when I talked with Joe Vizzi at Clinton Honda, he was straightforward and clearly laid out the best pricing he could offer. When I visited the dealership and decided to purchase the car, the deal that Joe promised over the phone was exactly the deal that I got. Joe was very pleasant to deal with and the entire buying process was quick and hassle-free. In addition, the other employees I deal with at the dealership were also easy to work. In short, this was the first time in my life where buying a car was an enjoyable experience. If you're shopping for a new Honda, I highly recommend that you visit Joe Vizzi and Clinton Honda. More
