Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was wonderful...from the service advisors to the technicians that worked on my car. I bought what I thought was a certified used 09. Tsx. After picking up the car and getting it home found the brakes began to squeak very loud. Not only did the brakes squeak but the navigation screen began to malfunction and I also noticed a console trim piece was missing. This was supposed to be a certified used with a 140 point inspection. The car had 25000 miles on it and had a problem with the brakes the navigation and missing trim pieces but it was a certified Acura or so I was told. I'm about 50 miles away from this dealer and had to find the time to bring back the car for repair, which I only owned for a week. They replaced the brake pads and the missing trim piece but had to order a new navigation unit how this car was sold as a certified used Acura with a 140 point inspection is beyond me but it was. I am now having it serviced at my local Acura dealer ( I also own a 09 Tl ) and would not trust Clinton Acura to repair a bicycle let alone a car. After they did so well with the " 140 point inspection " they did on this car I do not trust them. The people are very nice and friendly but may not be as honest as you would hope , so if nice is what your looking for this is the place for you but I prefer honesty over friendly any day of the week. More
We just purchased our 2nd vehicle in less than 10 mos from Clinton Acura. The dealership might not be the fanciest or have the biggest selection but they were extremely accommodating in meeting our nee from Clinton Acura. The most professional and conscientious dealer that I have dealt with. My vehicle is off warranty and had a difficult to diagnose electrical problem. Although it took an extended period of time (>2 weeks) to diagnose and repair they provided a new loaner vehicle for my use. In addition, they managed to cover the replacement of a part under warranty through an agreement with Acura even though my warranty had expired. A fantastic dealer who has made both my initial purchase and service experiences extremely positive. I would absolutely recommend this dealer. More

Don't make the same mistake I have, twice now - BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM ANOTHER DEALER! <br>For example : <br>Me : "The car only has 4,000 miles on it, and it is front wheel drive. Why are the rear tires bald?"<br>Greg (Service Manager) : "Must have been something you did after you drove it off the lot."<br><br>AND FYI, BILL THE OTHER REVIEW ON THIS WEB SITE.
