I had my Honda Accord repaired at Clint Newell's Body after a deer ran into the side of my car. They told me the work was guaranteed for paint defects and workmanship for as long as I own the car. The Door skin that was installed on my car has rusted through because the body technician did not prep and rustproof the installation of the door skin to Industry and I-Car standards, I'm told by several body shop that a very important step was not done in the preparation of the door skin ( Weld Through Primer) would have prevented this type of failure. this is a product of poor Workmanship. The Body Shop manager told my husband it's not their problem that I have owned the car to long, This is not acceptable to me. I love my Honda and it is in Immaculate shape not a speck of rust on it except for the door that was skinned improperly. take a look at the photos. My husband has left Clint voicemails to please at least call him with no response, that is just not the right thing to do Mr. Newell. More
Clint Newell of Roseburg Oregon, Started out really good, but then then showed that they are really just like the rest of them xx car Dealerships. They take your vehicles, over $24,000 cash and then won’t gi but then then showed that they are really just like the rest of them xx car Dealerships. They take your vehicles, over $24,000 cash and then won’t give you the paperwork so you can register the car you purchased out right for. Then you have to deal with a xxxxxxx of a manager (STEVE), who says he won’t give you the paperwork until they receive the title from the finance company, that CLINT NEWELL failed to sent the check too. They said the check is in the mail (over $50,000), but they have no proof to show it!! What xxxxxxx? Puts a $50,000.00 check in the mail without any tracking number!! Well easy answer ste STAFF OF CLINT NEWELL AUTO GROUP. Now back to the Number 1 xxxxxxx (Steve), I asked where my trades are at I used for the deal, he doesn’t know. This guy is suppose to answer to CLINT NEWELL! But he doesn’t know where the vehicles are, what I do know, is they were no where on the Dealership lot in Roseburg, OR, then as we completed our heated conversation, STEVE (ROYAL xxxxxxx) STATED “ THEY DON’T NEED MY TITLES TO SELL THE TWO TRADES”. So it’s OK for Clint Newell to be whole plus, just NOT THE CUSTOMER. I would highly recommend to all my BROTHER and SISTER VETERANS, DON’T BUY from Clint Newell. Maybe if we make a stand against dealerships like this, they will get the message to treat our VETERANS with more respect and stop taking advantage of US. One last note: Clint Newell, doesn’t care enough to return the call of a customer/Veteran, being royally SCREWED by the people he employs. So my only take away is he really doesn’t care how business is done, as long as money is being put in his pocket. IT’S DEALERSHIPS LIKE THIS THAT NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. There will be a point where the people will tell them that were tied of being screwed by people like this! I hope this will be the kick start that they need to make that stand. More

Took it back in because it cut all power and I almost wrecked, charged me 165 to just look at it, charging me 850 to fix it. Good thing I bought the warranty, oh wait it’s not covered. Thanks Clint Newel for such a great experience. I will never buy anything from this place and I would recommend going somewhere else unless you like to get screwed by lazy people who don’t know anything More

Charged me double what my former dealership wanted for a part. Tried to over sell me on service that wasnt needed. Charged me 2 hours labor to solder one wire together in an injector this after paying too part. Tried to over sell me on service that wasnt needed. When i shook my head the response was he also ohmed out some other wires to make sure there wasnt more problems. I worked in the service field for 40 years and retired... stay away from them it appears from other reviews I'm not the only one with a low opinion of this place. They're a rip off. More
After my Corolla stalled on the freeway while going over 65MPH the car was towed into them. This dealership's service department is unprofessional and rude. They never try and sell you on anything they just let you know what is available in case you might be interested. Something that most dealerships seem to forget is cleanliness, both in the cars they service and most importantly - the dealership itself. When the windows are washed, the floor is clean, the staff is neatly dressed, and the overall appearance of the place is neat, clean, and uncluttered, it gives a sense of order that these folks know what they are doing and can get things done correctly. Always a pleasure to bring my vehicles in for repairs or servicing. More

I do believe that they hire low grade mechanics that are not very knowledgeable and they don't pay there employees very well. Unhappy employees=bad service...! I have never worked there but they have no problem taking thousands of dollars from you. So if you want to loose your xxx I highly recommend Clint Newell....I am done with these jokers. More
