Then, they only have $199 document / admin fee whereas the Eddy’s Toyota of Wichita would have charged $750. So that was money saved. Gary was a delight to work with. The paperwork and vehicle were ready for delivery when I arrived at the dealership two hours later. It took longer to get the license plates switched than to do the title work. On the day it came in, after I started the paperwork process, the finance manager informed me about a 'NON-NEGOTIABLE ceramic coating and window tint that they add on - for $2500! This same product at any other Toyota dealer is less than $1000. Call around and ask. You'll find that to be 100% true. They pretended like I was informed about this ahead of time. I was not. The sales rep even apologized for not telling me about it. When I protested, they told me they didn't want a bad review from 'rude customers' and they were going to sell the car to someone else. David came out to greet us. He was very nice and listened to us, and didn't try to push a car on us we weren't interested in. Once we found a car and sat down to discuss the details, we understood why David's nickname is "Simple".
