Pleasure from a distance I was able to complete the entire deal from an hour and a half away! Working with my sales rep, we were able to work out pricing and a trade-in that w I was able to complete the entire deal from an hour and a half away! Working with my sales rep, we were able to work out pricing and a trade-in that would work for my budget. When I finally made it to the dealership, I verified that this was the truck I wanted, which I already knew it was, we verified my trade-in, then went inside to close the deal. With the convenience of modern technology, I was able to complete my financing with my credit union via smart phone. I was there less than 2 hours and most of that was a tutorial on how everything works on my new truck. I only gave it 4 stars only because I wasn't a fan of how many people I had to deal with (5 in all) and I kind of felt like I should've been a little more catered to, considering I was buying the second most expensive vehicle on their lot, according to the sales rep! More

I was greeted right away and my work order was ready at Jordan's station. Jordan recommended and explained the 15,000 mile service which I accepted. The loaner vehicle was clean and acceptable. When I returned, I was greeted again right away and my bill was ready. The paperwork and return of my keys was seamless. When I got to my car, I could tell it has been washed because there were beads of water and streams of soap down from each door handle. I realize it is a free and complimentary service, but it should not make my car look worse than when I came in. A simple drying or wipe down would have sufficed and saved what was otherwise a great visit. I am tempted to not bother with the complimentary service and wonder what I would get with a paid service. My thought and recommendation would be to the customer a feeling of "Wow, if this is how good the free service is, then I can only imagine how great the paid service would be!" Then I would be more apt to consider a full detail. This is my customer perspective. It's the small things that really matter. More
