Reduced trade offer based on vehicle I selected I was offered $2000 less in my trade once I decided to lease versus buy and we were only told the new offer after we decided to pursue the vehicle. After a long conversation and the appraiser/manager getting upset in the process we were given our initial offer. It was very uncomfortable and I would likely not go back. There are other dealers that were much more enjoyable to work with. The sales and financial rep were friendly and helpful. I felt like I was playing a game talking with the manager which doesn’t make me feel confident in my decision or cliff wall’s sales style. More

Within a couple hours John called me back with an update that my rim was actually bent. He told me what the total cost would be right away to replace it, and then offered to order a refurbished rim instead of brand-new in order to save some money. I said that would be the best way to go, and the car was done by early the next week and ready for pickup. All-in-all, a great experience. More
