I had a time constraint and mentioned it during check-in. The result was a quick turnaround that was better than needed. Good people, good place to do business. Regarding the below questions about service technicians qualifications, I assume that all of the technicians are certified. However, most important to me is that the person understands and appreciates the gravity of their task and will execute it to the best of their abilities. Certification does not in itself offer that assurance. More
