Took care of me in a difficult situation I was on vacation with my family in a remote area of the state when my 2007 Outback failed. I had the car towed 70 miles to this dealer. They provided a loaner that was big enough for all of the stuff we had brought on vacation and which had a hitch for our bike rack, which allowed us to finish our vacation and drive the family home (300 miles away in another state) while they repaired the car. I was then able to return a week later when it was convenient for my work schedule to retrieve my car. They took a stressful situation and turned it into a positive experience. Thank you! More

I needed to have a chip in my windshield repaired, and then decided to have my oil changed and new tires put on. Shawn in the Collison Center was easy to work with and got me an appointment quickly. Monica in the Service Dept handled my added work, worked with the parts department to find new tires, & made sure the work was done well and quickly. I couldn’t be happier. More
Replacement of a Defective Radio/Navigation System I have a 2017 Subaru Impreza Limited sedan, under warranty, that needed the above replacement because of defects in the system. The solution to solve the problem was complex and required considerable time and effort on the part of Mr. Cliff Wall and Mr. Rob Prange to submit paperwork to the company for the parts necessary to correct the problem. Because of their commitment to providing the best possible service, I now have a radio/navigation system that is working properly. Both Mr. Wall and Mr. Prange actually came to my home to verify the information needed by the company. I'm not sure that many dealers would extend that type of courtesy. I have the greatest regard for Cliff Wall Motors. More

Okay, thought my experience would be much better My insurance agent and I felt that we were put on the back burner. Miscommunication, time tables kept changing, individuals who were "supposed to know" didn't look at the car or know what was going on. They may have been busy or caught at a bad time, but I felt like simple fixes took an extremely long time to complete. E.g. put new serpentine belt on. dropped car off at 7:30am "first thing they'll do" never got call and it's 3:00pm. They were all extremely nice, not pushy, but the workflow there seems bad/off. my 2 cents. I'm not sure if I would or would not recommend this place. However, I was very impressed with Mike Destiche's customer service. 5-Star every time. More
