I appreciated that when my vehicle was done, the same person came to get me out of the w It took less than an hour for my oil change & tire rotation. I appreciated that when my vehicle was done, the same person came to get me out of the waiting room, walked me back to the garage to his desk, and I could pay for the services right there. I no longer had to bring the paperwork to the window to pay, which previously I had to wait for someone to notice me standing at the window.. There were more people available at their desks in the garage when I drove up, I think to assist customers. More

We always walk in with a need and ride out with a car. Neither of us were thrilled with our Mazda, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. We're now in a Subaru Forester and so far are exceedingly happy. I think it really doesn't matter who we deal with at Cliff Wall's - we're always treated well by everyone, both salespeople and shop personnel. The bottom line is that we don't buy a lot of cars, but when we do, we'll happily deal with Cliff Wall. More
