AWESOME service and in the knick of time We had to go out of state and we needed to get the car in for its 30k service and John was able to fit us in before noon on the day we had to leave. This service was cost free as it was covered under the 2 year maintenance free package we were given when we bought the car in Feb '18. While I was in the comfortable waiting area (nice chairs!), I was approached by an employee who wanted to offer me some kind of service discount, but it would not have been beneficial to me since we were already on the 2 year maintenance free package. Service was completed expeditiously and I was out of the dealership with a washed car and maintenance report of services conducted within an hour. I was happy with the overall experience. More
