Routine maintenance done efficiently; but cautious I have a new vehicle and have been bringing it to Cliff Wall for routine oil change and checks. I have been totally satisfied thus far (8900 miles in almost one year of ownership) I am cautiously monitoring now inasmuch as I have a family member who referred me to Cliff Wall for my above purchase and who had purchased a new vehicle there in 2015. He has been having some ongoing and concerning unresolved car problems and I am watching what Cliff Wall's response and handling will be for him. Squeaky seat My Outback developed a squeaky seat that was driving me crazy. Took it to Cliff Wall to have it looked at. I was advised that Subaru is aware of the i My Outback developed a squeaky seat that was driving me crazy. Took it to Cliff Wall to have it looked at. I was advised that Subaru is aware of the issue and working on a fix for it. Jason the tech took out the seat and repaired it as much as he was able till the fix is released. He then had me try it. The noise was gone. Unfortunately, the noise came back a few days later. I’m confident that when the “fix” is released from Subaru my car will be good as new again. More

Oil Change I needed an oil change on my new Cross Trek. I was able to set up the appointment myself on-line. With the on-line scheduling I knew that I could make the appointment for the time I wanted. Service was routine and the car was ready when they said it would be. Thanks.
