Great at what they do!! Rob Peterson got us checked in for service and pointed us to the air conditioned waiting area. Not impressed - would not recommend to friends. I brought my car in for a Subaru Recall issue. When I arrived, I was told that it would be "free of charge" due to the only reason I was there was fo I brought my car in for a Subaru Recall issue. When I arrived, I was told that it would be "free of charge" due to the only reason I was there was for the recall issue. 30 minutes later, I was told that I needed a new filter that goes behind the glove box, a new windshield wiper and 4 new tires, in addition to the recall part. I explained that I JUST BOUGHT MY CAR THERE 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO. My husband and I knew that the car needed new tires within the year, but the filter and windshield wiper should've been good since I was told that the car had passed a in-depth inspection prior to me purchasing it. What a disappointment. Here I was telling people how happy I was with my car and your dealership. I for sure will not be repeating that statement. Both the windshield wiper and filter should've been free of charge too in that I only owned the vehicle for approximately 10 weeks so far!!!!!!!!
