oil, tire rotation, recall Service was good, as was the shuttle service. My only complaint is that every time I bring my car in for service, I am asked if I want it washed. Fighting for Service Ignition switch would not turn. Called Cliff Wall and told to have auto towed in and Road-Side Assistance had ended in June. . . paid $109 for tow. Ignition switch would not turn. Called Cliff Wall and told to have auto towed in and Road-Side Assistance had ended in June. . . paid $109 for tow. When called next day on status, was told it would be 3 weeks before they could get to it. This is a LEASED vehicle from Cliff Wall that I planned on buying November when lease was up. They had no loaner ("we are out'') and casually stated that I would have to rent an auto, with not reimbursement and insurance does not pay for rental due to mechanical failure. Contact National Subaru Headquarters and explained problem - they said Cliff Wall should have provided a loaner - period. They would contact Cliff Wall. I called Cliff Wall to speak with Service Manager, Mike, and explained situation. He later called back to say that they would have a man sleep on a cot and fix problem that night. When called the next day and when picking up auto, all personnel had to quote "we had a man sleep on a cot". I in no way can believe that when it was a twenty minute job. Tech wrote: "Customer state the key gets stuck in the ignition. (this is not true, customer stated ignition would not turn) Verified Customer concern, found related TSB 16-112-18R. Replace the shift plate guide and clamper per bulletin. Discussed finding with guest. (not true - when I went to get auto was directed to cashier and no one talked with me of repair). I am now afraid that if I buy this vehicle that to get decent service from Cliff Wall (which less than a mile from my home - one reason I selected this dealer) that I will not be provided with complete assistance. More

great service I'm from the UP and made my appointment online for when I just happened to be in Green Bay. Showed up for my oil change and was asked if I wanted the I'm from the UP and made my appointment online for when I just happened to be in Green Bay. Showed up for my oil change and was asked if I wanted the recall repair done on my Forester at the same time. Absolutely! Service was quick, and saved me an additional 4 hours of driving and another day off of work just get to a Subaru dealer here. Great - would definitely come again. More
Very disappointing Changed my spark plugs. Drove 1 1/2 hrs home to find out that car chugged and couldn’t roll my window back up. Mechanic forgot to to reset that and ot Changed my spark plugs. Was not compensated for my mileage gas and time. Why do I have to pay for all that extra gas when it wasn’t my fault. An honest mistake they admitted but just a sorry. Wasted my day off. More
