Good service restored I recently had an oil change and tire rotation done here. I bought this car here, new, in 2016, and a new set of tires from this dealer in October of I recently had an oil change and tire rotation done here. I bought this car here, new, in 2016, and a new set of tires from this dealer in October of 2018. I’ve also had ALL service done at this dealership. Unlike some visits in the past, this time I received excellent service. They were ready for me at my appointment time, I drove right in. The service writer was polite and very efficient. He did a good job. The finished the work in a timely fashion. They even washed my car for no extra charge, however, the wash job was rather poor, lots of missed spots, but it was free. Work was done promptly, tires & brakes checked, tire pressures hacked and adjusted. All excellent. In the past, this wasn’t always the case. I think, Mike, the newer shop manager is working hard to improve the service and it’s paying off. As long as they continue to do quality work and show their appreciation for loyal customers their business will grow. Give them a try, I think you’ll be happy. More
