Every service visit at Cliff Wall has been handled with attention to our needs, open and friendly communication, successful resolution of our concerns (and there haven't been many with our Subaru) and prompt completion of the required work. I worked with Robin Rose and she was helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. In the end, I purchased my new Forester from Robin at Cliff Wall. She took the time to explain all the features and technology of the vehicle, ensuring that I was comfortable and prepared before I drove off the lot. My experience with Cliff Wall in buying this new car (and in servicing my older car in the past) has been fantastic. More

mislead about service completed I felt I was lied to about service that had been done to my car.I was told the brakes were fully inspected and normal and a few months later had to be I felt I was lied to about service that had been done to my car.I was told the brakes were fully inspected and normal and a few months later had to be replaced. When I asked how this could be the service representative said they must have been "missed" during the initial inspection. My tire sensor light was addressed and fixed per service department but within 5 minutes after leaving the service department the light came back on. I went back and was told the sensors were broken and must have been "missed" altho on my receipt it stated it was addressed and fixed. I feel shortcuts were taken by the service department and the work I was told was done in 2 instances was really not completed More
