A New Beginning I needed a new vehicle due to major mechanical problems with my 17 year old 4WD truck, I had decided that a SUV would work for me. I have been a loyal and dedicated customer to another brand for over 30 years. I did check out what was out there. After a few test drives of "my brand" and other brands not quite finding what I was looking for, my wife and I decided to check out Subaru. Checked online for prices, vehicles and dealers in Green Bay, Appleton, Wausau, Milwaukee, Madison and Rochester, MN. All prices for the various vehicles were, in our opinion, were comparable. We tried Cliff Wall Subaru as at about 30 miles away, they were the closest. We test drove the Forester, Outback and the Crosstrek. Lane Weber showed us different features of each and we were off. Lane wasn't pushy and spent about 2 hours with us answering our questions. We also took advantage of low interest. Answered a few simple questions and picked up our new Outback 2 days later. So far, so good. More

They didn't have any in stock, but as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by multiple people and within 5 minutes I had someone to talk to let them know exactly what I was looking for. We sat down, discussed my options and was told it would be about 1 week before the car would be in. It was less than that, and I picked up my beautiful new Impreza and have been loving it ever since. The staff is great, and they are very accommodating. More

Not a big deal, until the sales person estimated the fab (which is required for the vechile) will be $300+. Attempted to re-negotiate, for $200 less. The owner refused. Wished luck as I walked out, the sales person said he'd sell it the next day (mind you it hadn't been sold in 30 days already). Drove away and found out to replace the key was actually $450. Initially disappointed in the situation, sales person and owner, but now very thankful it didn't work out. Additionally I informed the sales person not to place any follow up calls, he of course, did not respect that request and called the next day wondering if we wanted to buy it for the price we walked away from the day before. George encouraged me to contest State Farm's offer, sent some 2015 Mirage price comparables he found, and ultimately State Farm raised their payout to me by $2,000. Cliff Wall Subaru Mazda Mitsubishi was a great help through 2 weeks of insurance and replacement. I picked up a 2013 Mazda3 iSport with George's assistance -- a very nice car. More
