Great Customer Service The battery died in my 1 month new Subaru Ascent. Luckily, I was in the garage at home.I called Subaru Roadside Assistance, and someone came out withi The battery died in my 1 month new Subaru Ascent. Luckily, I was in the garage at home.I called Subaru Roadside Assistance, and someone came out within 2 hours. They charged the battery and told me to take it to the dealer the next day. Without an appt., I took it to Cliff Wall. They took may car in without an appt. After testing the battery, it was a faulty battery and was replaced. While there they also took care of a recall item that had recently been issued. Monica was not only extremely helpful in getting the fixes completed, but was also very nice and explained everything that was wrong and what was done to fix it all. I am new to the area and I have been very pleased with my dealings with Cliff Wall Subaru. More
Annoying battery issue Battery number 2 died. Got re-charged & brought in for service (John) who tested the battery was ok and not eligible for replacement and explained my Battery number 2 died. Questions: why and/or what caused it to fail, would it happen again, (confidence & assurance) how to correct the problem and address the corrosion around the battery Service manager (Mike) personally got involved and explained that essentially my multiple driving trips were too short for the battery to get fully charged, thereby causing it to weaken. Also said the battery tested negative to see if "power drain" may have caused the battery to weaken (to reply as to why this was already the 2nd battery) He fully recharged the battery, cleaned all around and we'll see how it goes from here. I don't have a lot of confidence that it will not happen again but I believe he did his best under the circumstances. I understand the dealer has to abide by Subaru corporate and service policies but it would have been easy to simply install a new battery and I might have been ok with paying a percent of the replacement. More
I was very pleased and it was a very good appointment. The people I saw were very people friendly. Very nice people more than willing to help you in whatever way you needed. My car came back clean and runs and drives like new again. When I am ready for another new Subaru I will be going to Cliff Wall for my new car. The people there are real people that care very much about their customers and meet you at your level right where you are. More

Spoke to his boss Jim and we did numbers. Five minutes n and out, upon more car shopping. Found the new Mazda 3 touring at cliff wall, Met Mike and Megan and was a very quick sale, car brought home the next day. More

Satisfied customer - took a bit of time but it got done. I did buy a car from Cliff Wall. I went on-line and viewed their certified used selection and I saw the vehicle I wanted to test drive. I was ready to leave by 11 am but since this is a small dealership and they only have 1 delivery finance person, I had to wait until 2:30 pm to get the finance paperwork completed.
