Randy is a straight shooter, no silly games were played, no wasting an entire afternoon settling on a price. They had an impressive new truck selection but the vehicle I wanted was on the used lot. The manager was polite and all business. They gave me a fair trade in, beating Chattanooga dealers and Carmax. The Larry Hill powertrain warranty was important to me as well. I will be visiting Larry Hill in the future and specifically Randy when it is time to upgrade my wife's SUV. More

Don't literally sale your self short....I am a blunt person who tell it like it is. I loved this place. The last dealership I went to was a horror story compared to this experience. That was in Knoxville and the associate just kept repeating "honda certified" and was not very friendly. Flip the internet guy was great as well. We live in Knoxville which was over an hour away, so this let us know what the car looked like and the features before we made a trip for no reason.
