Our situation was one that is in a rebuilding process after my husband was hit by a car a few years back. The men I mentioned above took us in, made us feel like we were the most important people in the shop and did what they had to do to send us out of there with a vehicle that was just right for us as a family. It was as if we paid cash for a vehicle vs having to go through the almighty powers that be in special financing. We were told bad things happen to good people and we should not be embarrassed or ashamed during the rebuilding process. They actually listened to every word I said and made a deal that I could not have gotten from any other dealership in the area. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated with respect and everyone I talked to was very pleasant. I could have just hung out and had fun there.
