4 out of 5. Had to wait a long time to pay. The overall experience at Cleveland Ford was pretty good. The vehicle was not detailed so I had to take it back a week later to get the vehicle detail The overall experience at Cleveland Ford was pretty good. The vehicle was not detailed so I had to take it back a week later to get the vehicle detailed. Also there was a chip in the windshield. It was supposed to be fixed the same day I took it to have the vehicle detailed, but they did not think it needed to be repaired. I had to go back a third time to get the windshield repaired. (I live about 30 minutes away so I can't just run by at any time.) Additionally, I had to replace a headlight on my own. It was only like $13 so not a big deal, but inconvenient. Also the blower motor resistor in the heating and air unit isn't fully functional. This is a common occurrence in Tacoma's, but I wish it had been fixed or replaced. Had I known of these two things I still would have bought the vehicle so it is not all bad. There is even the possibility they did not know of these two problems because the vehicle was not on their lot very long (2-3 days probably). I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I give them a 4 out of 5 overall due to the inconvenience of me having to go down there three times. They did do everything they promised. The vehicle cleaned up nice and the windshield is repaired.
