Customer Service Purchase of my 2016 F150 was great. Service since then is bad. When you contact them through their website, NO one responds. When you send them a message on FaceBook, NO one responds. The first time early part of 2017 trying to schedule the first service same problem. Email communication does not work. Early part of 2018 still same problem. No made about it but gee fire the people, retrain them or hire someone to run the email questions. I called this afternoon to voice my complaint, nice angry or anything and the gentleman told me upfront I was wrong and the site worked. Yet another issue having an employee telling a customer upfront that they are wrong. Great to buy a truck from but service is very lacking. 02-09-18 Since my review above I have been contacted by Ron Tackett which was very helpful and will be seeing him tomorrow. As far as the above issue, before telling a customer that the web site clearly has specific boxes that need to be checked in order for the email to go through you might want to look at it on an ipad which was used. A computer has the boxes you were speaking of but on an ipad there are NO boxes what so ever to check! More
