He picked up on the things I didn't like before I did and was persistent in finding the car I would LOVE within all of my specifications. He was very transparent about what they could and couldn't do and why. The lifetime powertrain warranty got us to go a little out of our budget - but that's something you just can't beat. We ended up finding the perfect one and he felt more like a friend before the process was over. Ade in the finance department was great to work with as well. Overall it was a painless process full of nice people and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to take the anxiety out of buying a car. More
