Cleveland Ford has been in business since November of 2003 with one goal. Sell and service vehicles to and for satisfied customers. That’s it! The dealership has more than quadrupled sales from the previous owner. Cleveland Ford credits this tremendous increase in business to offering the best experience possible. Simply stated “We do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers” says General Sales Manager Victor Yoshida.
Cleveland Ford furnished all local High Schools with driver education vehicles, as well as providing the city’s annual Fourth of July fireworks. The dealership works with many local charities and nonprofits such as MDA, Boys and Girls clubs, Cub Scouts, The Jordon Thomas Foundation, C.A.T.C.H. Ministries, Mulligan Ministries, Shop with a Cop. Cleveland Ford also sponsors all local High School Football games and sponsors Missions work for many of the local Churches.
Cleveland Ford is one of the Atlanta Region top performing Ford dealers.

Service was fast and they kept me informed on the progress. I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. They took my truck to a dealer in Chattanooga and they said it would be two weeks until I had a break down and the Ford roadside service was stellar. They took my truck to a dealer in Chattanooga and they said it would be two weeks until they could even look at it. I called Eddie Ackerman and he sent a wrecker to get my truck and take it to Cleveland Ford which is where I purchased it. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my truck under warranty. They contacted me several times to keep me updated on the progress and where we stood in the process. I would definitely use them again to purchase a vehicle and have my warranty work performed. More

Service Visit I went in for regularly scheduled service - oil change, air filters, and I thought, at 30,000 miles, substantial fluid replacement. However, the tech I went in for regularly scheduled service - oil change, air filters, and I thought, at 30,000 miles, substantial fluid replacement. However, the technician told me that the fluid replacement was not due until I reached 60,000 miles. His recommendation not to do the unnecessary service saved me a lot of money. It would've been easy for him to do the fluid replacement and make money off me, but he didn't; he did the right thing, for which I am grateful and would thus recommend this dealership's service department.
