Buyer beware Since this dealership changed from Larry Hill Ford to Cleveland forward it has gone down hill almost instantly. This dealership does not honor anything that was promised from Larry Hill. The service department has gone from a five star to 1 star or maybe zero stars if I could put it there. I have purchased close to a quarter million dollars in vehicles between myself and my family in the last few years I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership. They used to have the best service department in the area people that really care about their customers but since Cleveland Ford came in they fired most of the existing employees that in itself is just horrible. Stay away from this dealership if you know what’s good for you there are other good dealerships in our area don’t become a victim like so many of us became after the sale of the dealership. More

If I was purchasing another vehicle, this is the dealership that I would love to deal with. Often times auto dealerships can provide a stressful experience, John made sure this transaction was comfortable, and completed as quickly as possible, this of course required the support of others within the dealership, but this only reinforces the statement of "Wonderful Dealership" More
