I was impressed with Larry Hill Ford in the fact I requested over the internet sales information on a particular truck. I had sent inquries out to several dealers throughout the area and only got 2 r requested over the internet sales information on a particular truck. I had sent inquries out to several dealers throughout the area and only got 2 reponsenes and one of them was from Baron. He responded back and asked what kind of truck I was looking for and I felt no preasure to get with him at all. Visiting the dealer I met with Baron and was extremly comfortable with him, it was if I was going to a ballgame with him. I would and have recommened to friends to see Baron at Larry Hill Ford. I worked with Mario Longoria from the Larry Hill Auto Group when I purchased my new Ford Edge and I have to say the experience was very good from start to finish. I was shoppin around for a car when I seen the bullitin for Larry Hill Ford so thought I would check it out. As soon as I arrived I was treated with respect, that as a customer I was important to the team for Larry Hill Ford so thought I would check it out. As soon as I arrived I was treated with respect, that as a customer I was important to the team , I found that the employee's weren't like other dealers, not pushy, insistant, justlet me look and decide for myself which was a plus to me. Being a woman are we usually treated as second hand citizens at car lots but not at Larry Hill Ford I do thank everyone for that. Oh by the way I love my car More

The last vehicle I purchased was a new 2000 Ford Ranger XL. This was a very dependable truck and met my expectations very well. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I wanted to stay with Ford and deci XL. This was a very dependable truck and met my expectations very well. When I decided to purchase a new vehicle, I wanted to stay with Ford and decided on Larry Hill Ford due to a quick repsonse from an internet search. The entire staff greeted us with a professional yet friendly attitude. Since I knew what I wanted in a truck, he was able to quickly lead me to what I was looking for, allowed me to test drive the one I liked, and last but not least closed the deal in an extremely timely manner. The price of the truck was a little higher than I wanted to pay, but he was able to work out a deal that I could live with. My overall experience with Lance and Larry Hill Ford was a pleasant one. More

Surprisingly good experience while shopping for a great valued used vehicle. Matter-of-fact, stopped there after going to dealerships in Chattanooga and was very pleased with simplicity of deal and negoti valued used vehicle. In 2008 they sold me a vehicle that had been wrecked and told me it had never been wrecked. The salesman said he check Carfax (at my request) and nothing showed up. However it began having problems throug told me it had never been wrecked. The salesman said he check Carfax (at my request) and nothing showed up. However it began having problems throughout the year and I was continiouly mislead about the condition of the car. Finanly last week I took to a dealership closer to my home to have the left tail light replaced again (it burned up the complete unit, not just the bulb less than 3 months prior) The service mananger at this dealership looked at it and told me it had some major electrical problems and asked me if I knew it had been wrecked. He showed me several things that showed it has been wrecked. I immediately contacted Larry Hill Ford and was told they were sorry that the salesman had mislead me that the had let him go months earlier. I was told by the sales manager to come back and he would make it "right". That was on Friday, May 22. I am currently in a rental car (that I am having to pay for myself) I was contacted yesterday and told they had found me a replacement car and it would be ready the next day. It is still no ready. They also so me that I they would have to show my old vehichle as a trade in to work the switch. Also told me that they would have to finance it with another bank as they did no do business with the bank the financed it with the first time. When I called the bank today. They said that was untrue. That it was my right to keep it with them and the dealership knew that. That said all they had to do was contact them to switch out the information since it would be lateral change. They stated that what they were telling me was no true and did not sound "Kosher" to them. I am very concerned about dealing with them at all. I am suppose to pick up the car tomorrow and feel I need to take an attorney with me just to review their paperwork. BUYER BEWARE!!!! More
